Phuket Kiss and Snatch Ladyboys Arrested After Stealing Tourist's Necklet, Say Police

PHOTO ALBUM A tourist who had a necklet snatched by a ladyboy went to police and within hours officers recovered the jewellery and arrested the alleged scammers.
